What We Believe
The following represents the core doctrinal commitments of Life Bible Ministry. These convictions are drawn from a careful reading of the whole of Scripture and represent what we believe the Bible teaches.
The Bible
The Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God.

The Bible
The Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God.
We believe the Bible — sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments — is the inspired, inerrant Word of God. "All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness" (2 Timothy 3:16). The Scriptures are without error in the original manuscripts, and they are the final authority in all matters of faith and practice.
2 Timothy 3:16–17 · Psalm 119:160 · John 17:17
God
There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
+
God
There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — each fully God, equal in nature and glory, distinct in person. God is holy, sovereign, all-knowing, all-powerful, and ever-present. He is love, and He acts in history to redeem His people.
Deuteronomy 6:4 · Matthew 28:19 · 2 Corinthians 13:14
Jesus Christ
Jesus is fully God and fully man — He lived, died, and rose bodily from the dead.
+
Jesus Christ
Jesus is fully God and fully man — He lived, died, and rose bodily from the dead.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, who became flesh (John 1:14), was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross as the substitutionary atonement for sin, and rose bodily from the dead on the third day. He ascended to the Father and will return personally and visibly to the earth.
John 1:1–14 · Romans 4:25 · 1 Corinthians 15:3–4
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit indwells every believer, empowering and transforming them.
+
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit indwells every believer, empowering and transforming them.
We believe in the Holy Spirit — the third person of the Trinity — who convicts the world of sin, regenerates the sinner, and indwells every believer at the moment of salvation. He seals believers for the day of redemption, produces the fruit of the Spirit, and empowers the church for ministry.
John 16:8 · Romans 8:9 · Galatians 5:22–23
Salvation
Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
+
Salvation
Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
We believe that all people are sinners by nature and deed, and that the only remedy is the saving work of Jesus Christ. Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It cannot be earned, merited, or maintained by works. Those who trust in Christ are justified, forgiven, and secure in Him forever.
Romans 3:23 · Ephesians 2:8–9 · John 10:28–29
The Church
The church is the body of Christ — called to worship, teach, and make disciples.
+
The Church
The church is the body of Christ — called to worship, teach, and make disciples.
We believe in the universal church — the body of Christ, composed of all true believers — and in the local church, where believers gather regularly to worship, receive the teaching of the Word, celebrate baptism and the Lord's Supper, and pursue the Great Commission together.
Matthew 16:18 · Ephesians 4:11–13 · Hebrews 10:24–25
The Return of Christ
Jesus Christ will return personally, visibly, and bodily to judge and reign.
+
The Return of Christ
Jesus Christ will return personally, visibly, and bodily to judge and reign.
We believe in the personal, visible, bodily return of Jesus Christ. He will raise the dead, judge the living and the dead, and establish His eternal kingdom. Those who are in Christ will be with Him forever. Those who have rejected Him will face eternal judgment.
John 14:3 · Acts 1:11 · Revelation 20:11–15
